Ever since starting the first iteration of ConciergeDevs 7 years ago we noticed that the identity and persona of our brand just seemed to be off, and every time we rebranded something else would come up that would make us rebrand again. We started off as a general website development company in 2015 without any much of a backstory or identity other than the fact that we started off in Las Vegas. We managed to get a couple customers, but none of them could really remember our name or what services we exactly did and how it could help them. From there we have experienced everything that a company lacking a brand identity could experience from a clientele who tried reaching out to use a second time but couldn’t find us to other companies’ customers accidentally coming to us thinking we were another company with a similar name.
After every rebrand we would get different issues with the same underlying problem. Companies and clients just couldn’t remember our brand and who we are! We have tried things like limited time offers and donating a portion of our sales to a charitable cause, but none of those gave us the identity and branding we wanted as a company. Then in 2019 one of our legacy clients of 2 years came to us and said that they couldn’t work with us anymore since they didn’t even know what services we offer anymore and that they didn’t feel comfortable working with a company that kept on changing their brand identity so much. The worst part about this experience was that this particular client even forgot what specific services we have been offering them this whole time.
At this point enough was enough, so we decided to invest in a marketing & brand development team to spend the good part of 3 months doing research specifically on how to create a brand identity that people will remember. At this point we were at our wits end trying to get people to remember us and what we do.
During the process of discovering our own brand identity we have learned almost everything that there is to know about creating a unique brand that stands out from the different type of brand personalities to one of a kind methods of niching your brand. This influx of new information on branding and marketing has given us an unique opportunity to reach out into the concierge business market.
Some of our previous clients are in the concierge industry ;however, we have noticed that many of them have chosen to come to us since there were no website developers that could uniquely portray and represent the sophistication and elegance that comes with branding a concierge business. This then led us to our last rebrand to ConciergeDevs, a full service digital agency of 7 years who specialize in creating timeless experiences for luxury brands and concierge businesses.
